I picked this topic because I work at Safeway as a cashier and we have all age of throng operative there, and I saw that different generations communicate differently with customers and sort out employees. Different generations have different styles of communication and thats because our introduction has changed so much in the last 30 50 years. Generation Y! 1979 - 1997 had difficulty with face to face conversation, telephone conversation, and professional or even day in day out letter writing. Generation y preferred text, online social networks, and email (but only for school work).
